About NJEW Foundation
NjEW Foundation is a registered Section 8 non-profit organization, established in 2025, with a vision to create a more inclusive, compassionate, and empowered society. Working in association with New Jagannath Education and Welfare Society, the Foundation is committed to serving humanity through sustainable development, social welfare, and community transformation.
At NjEW Foundation, we believe that every individual deserves dignity, equal opportunities, quality education, accessible healthcare, safety, and a better future. Our mission is not limited to a single cause—we are dedicated to working across diverse areas of social development to address the evolving needs of society.
Our initiatives include Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, Child Welfare, Rural Development, Skill Development, Orphan Care, Elderly Care, Social Justice, Environmental Conservation, Youth Development, Community Welfare, Disaster Relief, Awareness Campaigns, Livelihood Generation, and other humanitarian and developmental initiatives. As the Foundation grows, we also aspire to establish educational institutions, healthcare facilities, skill development centres, old-age homes, orphan care centres, and other community-focused projects that create lasting social impact.

About Founder & Chairperson
Ms. Diksha Rathore Founder & Chairperson NJEW Foundation & New Jagannath Education and Welfare Society. Ms. Diksha Rathore is a social impact leader and education advocate, serving as the Founder and Chairperson of NJEW Foundation and New Jagannath Education and Welfare Society. Since 2019, she has been actively working to advance education access, women empowerment, and community health, with a strong focus on grassroots development. Her work emphasizes career guidance, student mentoring, free education for underprivileged children, and awareness around emerging education and employment pathways. Alongside education initiatives, she has led multiple community health and lifestyle awareness programs, contributing to improved quality of life at the local level. Ms. Rathore is committed to building scalable, outcome-driven partnerships with CSR and institutional stakeholders to create long-term, sustainable social impact.
About Legal and Compliance Officer
Mr. Akshay Dubey is the Legal & Compliance Officer of NJEW Foundation and New Jagannath Education and Welfare Society. He plays a key role in ensuring institutional integrity, legal compliance, and organizational transparency. He oversees all legal, statutory, and regulatory affairs for the Section 8 non-profit entity, ensuring full adherence to CSR norms, government regulations, and ethical guidelines. Dedicated to upholding the highest standards of legal accountability, Mr. Dubey ensures that every project and resource allocation at NJEW Foundation is executed ethically and in full compliance with the law.
Finance and Account Officer
Dr. Naveen Meher leads the financial management, budgeting, and audit compliance at NJEW Foundation. He brings uncompromised accountability, strategic resource planning, and financial transparency to advance our welfare initiatives.
HR & Volunteer Coordinator
Miss Aastha Rathore leads volunteer management, team development, and community outreach at NJEW Foundation. With advanced qualifications in science and education (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed.) and hands-on experience in the non-profit sector, she bridges strategic HR coordination with effective grassroots initiative execution.
